Booking automation for a service business

The challenge

The team ran bookings across phone, email, and three separate spreadsheets. Double bookings happened weekly, and one staff member spent half her week confirming appointments by hand.

The solution

We built a booking platform with live availability, automatic SMS and email confirmations, and one dashboard covering every location. Customers book themselves in under a minute. Stack: Next.js, PostgreSQL, Twilio, deployed on a self-managed VPS.
