Booking automation for a service business

The challenge

The team was managing bookings across phone, email, and three separate spreadsheets. Double-bookings were frequent, and one staff member spent nearly half her week just confirming appointments manually.

The solution

We built a custom booking platform with real-time availability, automated SMS and email confirmations, and a unified admin dashboard. Staff see every location in one view; customers self-book in under a minute. Stack: Next.js, PostgreSQL, Twilio, deployed on a self-managed VPS.
